Vegan Burger
Build a tasty burger yourself with your favorite toppings or combine with a fresh salad. The burgers are based on wheat protein and weigh 75 grams each.
Ingredients
61% rehydrated wheat protein, onion, sunflower oil, wheat starch, wheat flour, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices), thickener (methylcellulose, carrageenan), sugar, salt, spices, hydrolyzed rapeseed protein, dextrose, maltodextrin, garlic, acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavouring, vinegar, barley malt extract, herbs.

Preparation method
Pan:
Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 4 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.
Airfryer:
Heat for about 8 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (180°C).
Oven:
Heat in preheated oven (200°C) for approx. 10 minutes.
