Vegan Crispy Schnitzel
The cornflake breading gives the wheat protein-based crispy schnitzel a nice crispy bite. Delicious with a hot meal with potatoes and vegetables or in a wrap with iceberg lettuce and chili sauce. The crispy schnitzels weigh 90 grams each.

47% rehydrated wheat protein, 18% cornflakes (maize, sugar, salt, barley malt extract), onion, wheat starch, sunflower oil, wheat flour, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices), thickener (methylcellulose), spices, sugar, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), vinegar, natural flavouring, herbs.

Preparation method
Pan:
Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 4 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.
Airfryer:
Heat for about 10 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (220°C).
Oven:
Heat in preheated oven (220°C) for approx. 10 minutes.
