Organic Vegan Falafel Burger
Falafel burgers based on chickpeas. Delicious to serve with couscous or on a wrap with garlic sauce. The burgers weigh 75 grams each.

64% hydrated chickpeas*, water, onion*, sunflower oil*, parsley*, spices*, thickening agent (guar gum)*, salt, vinegar*, acidity regulator (citric acid).

Preparation method
Pan:
Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 6-7 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.
Airfryer:
Heat for about 8 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (180°C).
Oven:
Heat in preheated oven (200°C) for approx. 10 minutes.
