Vegan Easter Nuggets
Nuggets based on wheat and soy protein with a tasty bite. These nuggets in the shape of an Easter bunny are specially designed for Easter and are a tasty snack for children. The nuggets weigh 25 grams each.

55% rehydrated soy– and wheat protein, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, spices), onion, sunflower oil, thickener (carrageenan, methylcellulose), wheat fibre, wheat starch, wheat flour, spices, salt, yeast extract, vinegar, acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavouring, mushroom extract powder (mushroom, maltodextrin), herbs, iron, zinc, vitamin B12.

Preparation method
Pan:
Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 4 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.
Airfryer:
Heat for about 6 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (180°C).
Oven:
Heat in preheated oven (220°C) for approx. 10 minutes.
