Vegan Fish Nuggets
Fish Nuggets based on wheat and pea protein with a crispy bite. Delicious with chips, remoulade sauce and a slice of lemon. The fish nuggets weigh 20 grams each.
Ingredients
59% rehydrated wheat– and pea protein, water, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, spices), water, sunflower oil, wheat starch, wheat fibre, wheat flour, thickener (carrageenan, methylcellulose), lemon juice, natural flavouring, salt, yeast extract, buffered vinegar powder (preservative ingredient), acidity regulator (citric acid).

Preparation method
Pan:
Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 4 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.
Airfryer:
Heat for about 6 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (180°C).
Oven:
Heat in preheated oven (220°C) for approx. 10 minutes.
