Vegan Fishburger
The taste of the sea and the delicious crispy crust make this 100% plant-based burger a good catch. Delicious on a bun or as a stand-alone ‘Fish & Chips’ dish with fries. The vegan fish burger weighs 75 grams each.
Ingredients
60% rehydrated wheat- and pea protein, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, yeast, salt), water, sunflower oil, wheat fibre, wheat starch, thickener (carrageenan, methylcellulose), wheat flour, lemon juice, natural flavouring, salt, yeast extract, vinegar, acidity regulator (citric acid), parsley.

Preparation method
Pan:
Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 6 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.
Airfryer:
Heat for about 5 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (170°C).
Oven:
Heat in preheated oven (220°C) for approx. 7 minutes.
