52% rehydrated wheat protein, onion, sunflower oil, wheat starch, wheat flour, thickener (methylcellulose), wheat fibre, spices, hydrolyzed maize protein, yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), vinegar, salt replacer (potassium chloride), natural flavouring, caramelized sugar, herbs, iron, zinc, vitamin B12.

Preparation method
Pan:
Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 7-8 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.
Airfryer:
Heat for about 8-9 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (180°C).
Oven:
Heat in preheated oven (220°C) for approx. 10 minutes.
