Vegan Vegetable Schnitzel
This plant-based schnitzel based on vegetables and wheat protein contains more than 30% vegetables. The schnitzel is delicious with a hot meal, for example with potatoes from the oven. The vegetable schnitzel weighs 100 grams each.

32% rehydrated wheat protein, 28% vegetables (9% onion, 7% carrot, 7% bell pepper, 3% peas, 2% maize), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, spices), wheat starch, sunflower oil, wheat flour, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices), thickener (methylcellulose), spices, sugar, salt, vinegar, acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavouring, herbs.

Preparation method
Pan:
Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 5 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.
Airfryer:
Heat for about 9-10 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (180°C).
Oven:
Heat in preheated oven (220°C) for approx. 10 minutes.
